'Endeavour Couriers', for itself and its couriers, servants and agents excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from any cause, including, without limitation, from non-delivery, mis-delivery, delay in delivery, or any damage or injury to the goods, and for any consequential or indirect loss or damage, and whether occurring as a result of negligence, want of care or any act of misconduct on the part of 'Endeavour Couriers', its couriers, servants or agents, or from any other cause
